We mainly focus on small and mid-cap  transactions, with equity tickets ranging between 3 and 20 M€, in businesses seeking investment for LBO transmission or growth projects. We can also secure larger or further funding from like-minded and trustworthy investment partners.

We seek to address opportunities across all sectors, with a particular interest in Healthcare, BtoB services, Industry and Food. We look for management teams with a track-record of profitability and robust market positions, with strong cash flow generation and potential for further development, organically or through external growth.

With our evergreen long-term model, we aim at implementing a genuine and active partnership with the management, with a focus on finding new pathways to growth. We usually seek active board representation and try to appoint sector experts or former entrepreneurs to support the executive and to bring direct operational experience.
